The following are some application cases of industrial dehumidifiers in the electronics industry:

I. Semiconductor Manufacturing Factory

During the manufacturing process of semiconductor chips, from wafer fabrication to chip packaging, the entire process requires strict control of environmental humidity.

1. Wafer Fabrication

For example, in the lithography process, it needs to be carried out in an almost dust-free and stable humidity environment.

Industrial dehumidifiers can control the environmental humidity at around 40% - 50% RH.

If the humidity is too high, the performance of the photoresist will be affected, leading to a decrease in the accuracy of pattern transfer.

In a large semiconductor factory, a high-precision industrial dehumidifier system was installed, which can precisely control the humidity fluctuation within ±3% RH.

Through continuous and stable dehumidification, the lithography resolution in the chip manufacturing process has been significantly improved,

and the product yield has increased from the original 80% to over 90%.

2. Chip Packaging

When packaging chips, the chips need to be combined with packaging materials. At this time, if the environmental humidity is too high,

the moisture in the packaging materials may generate bubbles during the high-temperature curing process,

affecting the packaging quality. Industrial dehumidifiers continuously circulate the indoor air and reduce the humidity to

ensure that the humidity in the packaging workshop is maintained within the

appropriate range (45% - 55% RH), thereby effectively reducing packaging defects caused by humidity,

improving the reliability of packaging and the service life of chips.

II. Electronic Component Assembly Workshop

1. Circuit Board Assembly

During the assembly process of circuit boards, various electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, and chips need to be welded and installed in a dry environment.

In a medium-sized electronic component assembly workshop,

due to the large number of personnel and equipment in the workshop, a lot of water vapor is generated.

After installing the industrial dehumidifie the workshop humidity was reduced from the original 60% - 70% RH to 50% - 55% RH.

This has significantly reduced component damage and poor soldering caused by dampness during the circuit board assembly process,

and the first-pass qualification rate of the product has increased from 75% to 85%.

At the same time, the air filtration function equipped with the dehumidifier effectively reduces dust particles in the air,

further improving the quality of the circuit board.

2. Precision Electronic Component Assembly

For some high-precision electronic components, such as sensors, quartz crystal oscillators, etc., the assembly has stricter requirements for environmental humidity.

For example, in a sensor assembly workshop, the humidity is required to be controlled at 42% - 48% RH.

The industrial dehumidifier adopts an intelligent control system that precisely controls the dehumidification

capacity based on the feedback from the humidity sensor in the workshop.

This not only ensures the assembly accuracy of the sensor but also reduces the damage to sensitive components caused

by static electricity due to the anti-static function of the dehumidifier,

making the performance indicators of the sensor more stable, and the product yield rate reaches over 95%.

III. Electronic Equipment Storage Warehouse

1. Finished Electronic Equipment Warehouse

Many electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones are prone to problems such as dampness, mold,

and circuit board corrosion during storage if the environmental humidity is too high.

A large electronic product warehouse stores a large number of smart phones. Before installing the industrial dehumidifier, due to humidity problems,

about 2% - 3% of mobile phones had quality problems during storage each year.

After installing the dehumidifier, the warehouse humidity was stably controlled at 40% - 50% RH, effectively avoiding dampness of mobile phones,

reducing product damage caused by humidity,

and saving the enterprise a lot of after-sales maintenance costs.

2. Electronic Component Warehouse

For electronic component warehouses, various components such as capacitors and inductors are stored inside.

These components are more sensitive to humidity. By using industrial dehumidifiers to control the warehouse humidity within the appropriate range (45% - 55% RH),

the storage life of components can be extended. For example, for some high-precision capacitors,

in a warehouse environment with suitable humidity, their storage life has been extended from the original 1 - 2 years to 3 - 4 years, greatly reducing inventory losses.  小黑除湿机-90L新(英)_12_compressed
